TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All prices apply only to Indonesian citizens holding KITAS
  • Prices do not include insurance (unless the tour activities are covered by the activity provider)
  • Package prices will specify what is included and what is not (please read carefully)
  • For each booking, we will send a proof of booking via invoice, sent via email or fax
  • A down payment (DP) of 50% is required for tour packages & car rental bookings

2. TOUR PACKAGES BOOKING

  • If you confirm our price, you are required to pay a 50% deposit as confirmation
  • Payment of the down payment can be transferred to our account, and proof of transfer should be sent to us via email, WA, or SMS
  • After your transfer, we will send the invoice with the total payment amount
  • The remaining payment can be made upon your arrival in Bali (either via transfer or cash to our guide/driver)
  • Proof of payment will be sent via email or handed directly to our guide/driver
  • For group bookings, 50% of the total payment must be paid 7 days before the event (clauses will be sent after price agreement)
  • For FIT guests (individual or family travelers), if the DP is sent and due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the DP will be refunded (with at least 7 days’ notice before departure)

3. ACCOMODATIONS (HOTEL ROOM) BOOKINGS

  • If you confirm our price, you are required to pay a 50% deposit as confirmation
  • Full payment must be made within 3 days of booking confirmation from the hotel
  • Cancellation after hotel booking confirmation will incur a penalty of 1 night’s room price
  • Full cancellation charges apply on the day of the booking
  • Additional charges may apply during peak periods such as High Season and Peak Season (School holidays, Christmas & New Year)
  • Additional charges vary according to hotel policies and will be confirmed during booking

4. TOUR VOUCHER BOOKINGS

  • For all tour voucher purchases, a 50% deposit is required as confirmation
  • The 50% deposit is of the total amount determined
  • Proof of the deposit will be sent after the transfer has been received
  • The remaining balance must be fully paid 1 day before the activity
  • Proof of payment for the tour voucher will be sent via email/fax
  • The voucher payment proof must be shown during the tour activity
